Dreams
Silent nights stretch into my dreams
as lingering thoughts
capture the essence
of my heart
beats to the rhythm
of love's song
resonate in my soul
and now im flying
these wings of prosperity
lift me higher
and higher
till im shrouded in light
the Angels snatch
my demons
and strangle them of breath
severing their noose from my neck
and illuminating my darkness
unafraid
I welcomed in the warmth
and gave them free reign
over my heart
determined to be free
I surrendered myself to them
completely
and with a heart overflowing
with love
I woke to my new beginning.
